• 10% of the total trip amount will be charged for cancellations or changes made 120+ days before arrival.
• 30% of the total trip amount will be charged for cancellations or changes made 90–119 days before arrival.
• 50% of the total trip amount will be charged for cancellations or changes made 60–89 days before arrival.
• Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable unless we are able to find another team or participant to take your place.

Why Is the Trip Deposit Non-Refundable?

These trips require well over a year of planning and coordination to create a successful experience for every athlete, family, and team involved. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration to secure your place and confirm commitment to the trip.

Deposits are used immediately to reserve accommodations, transportation, pool time, excursions, staffing, and other logistical arrangements necessary to organize the experience. Many of our partners, including hotels, venues, and activity providers, operate with strict booking deadlines and non-refundable policies similar to Airbnb and other travel services.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise and may prevent participation. For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to help protect your investment in the event of cancellations, delays, injuries, or other unforeseen circumstances.
